We will miss our friend Ilmo. He was always a bright light and we had so many fun adventures with him – Mexico for Joe and Dawn’s wedding, visits in England, Facebook tour… He taught me to search for gratitude and I have applied this to running my company as the team shares what we are grateful for every day to each other. We’ve been doing it for over a decade now and I think we are a bit happier because of it. I’ll think of Ilmo every day when I list what I’m grateful for that day.
