I was fortunate to have Ilmo and Hayzell as my tenants for a couple of years. I often bragged to friends about how Ilmo would effortlessly handle any issue that came up. I still remember how he drew out the entire furnace design on paper and explained the problem to me when multiple technicians couldn’t identify the exact issue. He was a remarkable problem solver and will be deeply missed by friends and family.
