“If you don’t like a parenting book, pick up another one and you’ll find one you like.” Ilmo said to me as I shared my latest parenting struggle.

Ilmo had this incredible ability to help people see the lighter (and endlessly wiser) path to address whatever problems they have in work and life.

He cared deeply about people and led with tremendous empathy and respect, which was a truly unique gift to everyone on his team. I’ll remember Ilmo’s mentorship and allyship for a long time to come.
