COVID Safety

I have read and understand the health and safety guidelines for attending the memorial service.

For the safety and comfort of all attendees, the in-person memorial will be held in a covered, outdoor space with plenty of natural ventilation. High-quality masks will be available and highly recommended for attending the event and required to meet with the family. If you are feeling unwell or experiencing any symptoms, we kindly ask that you prioritize your health and join us for the live-streamed event on Zoom instead.
